• 1)Vocabulary
• 2)Communication Skills
• 3)Team Work and Collaboration
• 4)Problem Statement
• 5)Group Discussion
• 6)Body Language
• 7)Adaptability
Body Language
• Image processing- When asked a question we can see if
that person is nervous, anxious, etc. So any minute
change in the expression can be detected and analysis is
done about the body language.
Teamwork & Collaboration
• Given a problem statement in a group and see how well
they perform . The group has a leader , so we can
analyse how well a person can lead in it.
Communication Skills
• Voice modulation- Fear, anxiety , confidence, etc can be
detected .So at different frequencies and amplitudes of
the voice of the candidate can be analysed on a standard
basis and the condition can be judged.
Adaptability
• Day one hired:
Given a random problem statement(Routine
Problem/Hypothetical) directly on the first day of the
interview.
On the basis of how he solves the problem is the criteria.
