Once you’ve got all of those together, let’s look at what you’re going to
have to do.
Step One: Find a Journal and a Pen
Go out and get one from the stationery store, I’ll wait…
…Back? Awesome.
Step Two: Choose 20 Affirmations
Go to the ‘contents’ section of this book, and choose affirmations from
the sections that you want to excel in. You can mix affirmations, but try
to keep them in an order that works well for you.
Step Three: Write Them Down In the Journal
Create a list, one after the other (like they’re written in this book) and
fold the corner of that page.
This is going to be your new song-sheet for the next 30 days.
Step Four: Set Aside 5 Minutes of Your Day
This is the most important part here.
Decide, right now, when in your day you’re going to have free time to
recite your affirmations.
It doesn’t matter if it’s as soon as you wake up, right before you go to
bed, or anywhere in between. Just say to yourself, and write down, that at
a specific time in your day, you’re going to spend five minutes reading
your affirmations.
Step Five: Read Your Affirmations Aloud
If you’re conscious of being around people for this stage, that’s fine.
Just like meditation, you can find a quiet place away from the world to do
this. But, take the time to read your affirmations out loud to yourself.
And, when you read them – feel them!
Visualise these good things happening to you and becoming a part of you.
