Adai /Vegetable Adai is very simple dish we serve this for morning
breakfast or for evening as snacks. Let me share my mom’s recipes.
Ingredients
Ingredients for Flour
Rice – 2 cup
Toor dal – 1 cup
Channa dal – 1 cup
Urad dal (Ulitham Paruppu) – 1/4 Cup
Salt – to taste
Turmeric powder – ¼ Tablespoon
Dry red chillies – 4
Asafoetida – pinch
Oil – for Adia
Onion – 2 big
Coconut 1 Cup grated
Method
Method for Making
Wash and soak the rice and dal for 2 hours
Grind the rice, dalm dry chilli with water and grind as a paste
or as 75% precent
Now add chopped onion, grated coconut, asafoetida, salt and
mix together
Greece the Dosa Tava
Add the flour in tava in round shape pour some oil around the
shape
Wait for 5 minutes and turn back and wait for 5 minutes

For this you can add chopped vegetable like potato, Beans,
Beetroot, and Carrot with the mixture of flour
