A summary of a document does not need to follow the same order or use all the information from the original. It should choose the most relevant information, using some of the same core vocabulary but different grammatical structures than the original. The summary should emphasize important points from the original without directly stating which points the author thinks are important or giving opinions; opinions or critical comments belong separate from the summary.
