40. Waste Management at the site First Step: Pre Processing Pre Processing involves sorting of waste They separate polythene, plastics, glass (by type and color), coconut shells and metals by hands.
41. Second Step: Processing Processing is the actual composting method which is YARD COMPOSTING.
42. Third Step: Post Processing Post processing involves only the reduction of microbial activity as they don’t maintain the N, P, K values. (They proved by experiments that the there are suitable N, P, K value in their compost)
43. Composts are stored separately for about week in order to reduce microbial activity. Then they are filled into bags (2kg, 5kg, 25kg, and 50kg) and stored until sold to the customer
