5. PROCEDURE

• Bake
the cookies on an
Aluminum cookie sheet
• Wait 12 minutes and 30 seconds
• Pull the cookie sheet out
• Stick
thermometers in the
cookies and record the data
• Repeat with a French black steel
and Insulated cookie sheet

heat too create the perfect cookie.
The French Black Steel cookie sheet
created too much heat. The Insulated
