2. Start
The search for SEC Filings
begins by selecting “Search
by Content Type” drop down
menu.
Select “SEC Filings” to begin
the search.

3. Advanced Options
From the “SEC Filings Search”
box select the Advanced
Options.
The drop-down box reveals
the options that are available.

4. Date Range
Select a date range by
typing the information
into the text box or by
using the drop-down
calendar.

5. Search Type
Choose the “Select a
Segment” drop-down
menu.
Scroll down and choose
“Company.”

6. Segment and Sources
Enter company name
between the parenthesis.
Choose the SEC source to
search by using the check
boxes.
Select Apply to return to
the SEC Filings Search
screen.

7. Search
To query the SEC Filings Search
database select Search.

8. Results
Left column filters the
results list by category.
Select the the link from
the results list to view
the full-text of the SEC
filing.
