This document defines and provides examples of different types of angles including acute, right, obtuse, supplementary, complementary, bisected, vertical, linear pairs, and opposite rays. Acute angles measure less than 90 degrees. Right angles measure exactly 90 degrees. Obtuse angles measure more than 90 degrees. Supplementary angles add up to 180 degrees. Complementary angles add up to 90 degrees. Examples of different angles are provided from buildings, bridges, and other structures in New York City.
