Reponsbiltize:
1. develops mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection plans of buildings and other external works tasks.
2. Prepares, supervises the preparation and review of detailed plans and specifications for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and
piping of buildings.
3. Reviews and evaluates mechanical design drawings and specifications prepared by the consulting engineers, or submitted by
equipment suppliers/ sub contractors.
4. Analyses and evaluates building energy consumption and recommends methods and materials to conserve energy and water.
5. Prepares reports on fire code compliance, energy studies, and ventilation requirements for various types of buildings.
6. Consults with he project management and quality control and advises inspectors regarding problems of work in progress.
7. Supervises the project’s mechanical works including the testing, commissioning and handover of heating, ventilation, air
2. conditioning and plumbing works.
8. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease activity duration times, streamline work processes, and work
cooperatively and jointly with other engineers to provide a quality product to the Owner.
9. Uses engineering principles to provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products, ranging from small
component designs to extremely large plant, machinery or vehicles.
