As  product manager  at Pivotal, she oversaw development of training materials for clients such as Accenture, BP, Cisco, Clorox, Sun, Roche, Target, United Healthcare Group and Wells Fargo — often partnering with corporate universities to customize content and branding.  Her master’s in Career Development is from John F. Kennedy University, where she was named  Outstanding Student of the School of Management.
