Also, the remaining MOOE for September to December will be used to prioritize the
purchase of printing materials like link, bondpaper, and other supplies as well as payment for the
school’s basic utilities. Meanwhile, the school is expecting a total of 152 reams of bondpaper to help
for the reproduction of self-learning modules which is expected to be distributed by September or
October

school has organized the different committees to
handle different learning areas and projects to
comply with the IATF guidelines and other health

GAPS EXPECTED OUTCOME
1.Learning Site will be identified in the
distribution of SLMs
Due to restrictions on mass gaterings, and to
follow health protocols, the distribution and
collection of SLMs will be done in school by
schedule. Parent Leaders were also identified to
aid in the distribution of SLM.
2. Difficulty in solicitation or lack of donations
for printing supplies
The school prioritized MOOE and BE LCP budget
in the reproduction of learning materials.
3. Insufficient instructional support at home
that resulted in delay of submission or partly-
answered SLMs when returned to school.
Monitoring of teachers via groupchat, texts and
calls to parents and learners.

SDO/RO/CO coincided with daily tasks of
school personnel.

Stakeholders Engagement - For school year 2021-2022, the LGU Of Pinamalayan had pledged
their support in the school by extending the school lot property to accommodate more learners.
The barangay is actively involve in all school projects and activities together with the PTA officials
and members. There are also private individuals who extends their support in the school
especially for physical facilities improvement as well as learners welfare.
