INTRODUCTION
Prior to the start of SY 2022-2023, Lumambayan Elementary School had
already identified the needs and gaps to be addressed primarily in the aspect of
READING and NUMERACY, this is to serve as the school’s blueprint in carrying
out all activities in the continuous delivery of education to all learners. The
development of the school’s first Learning Recovery and Continuity Plan was
made possible through consultation with all school personnel. This plan was
communicated to the entire school community and had been the school’s guide
in the delivery of instructional process.
The needs assessment is an effective and systematic exploration of the
need for education. since our vocation is merely our genuine love for learners.
Lumambayan teaching force come up to the goal of determining what skills
our learners have, what skills they need and how best we could deliver to
correct the learning gaps and problems.
