Nutrition Do some physical activity some days Physical activities is doing some sport like football, tennis, hockey, etc. You have to do physical activities because with out it we would be so fat we would be rolling instead of walking. If you don`t like playing tennis walk a block each day. Every thing counts when its time for physical activity.
2. Eatfruitsinstead of snacks Eating healthy is important because it will make you stronger. Remember to change some unhealthy snack for fruits or healthy things but that dose not mean that you can´t eat snacks that contain fat but is better if you eat healthy things.

4. Importanteatproperly If you don´t want to eat things like cereals you can put the cereals inside the yougurt and have a great combination with other flavour and nutrients. You could eat healthy foods because they make you stronger and you would start your day with energy.
