 BDRs will be assigned to these branches and drive them to generate credit leads through branch staff.
 Lead generation to be done from Lobby Management, Walk in customers, at welcome desk, PB and RM

 Managing lead conversion within TAT and update the same in CRM Next.
 Conduct Regular Training session to all branch staffs on credit cards product features, current offers, online
