3. 1.Guideline For effective Presentation
 Make sure that know your topic thoroughly, and
make it intresting to your audience
 Ensure that the theam of your presentation is
clearly and concisly stated such that your audience
understand it.
 Find out how much the people in your audience
know about your topic so that you can plan your
content accoriding to their needs and
exepectations.
 Find out about your vanue and the facilities
equipment available there.

4.  If possible make a special trip to the vanue for
rehersal
 Be clear about the time and length of your
presentation
 Be clear about how you want your presentation to
be,formal or informal.

5. 2.Structure Your Presentation
 Presentation usaally have three parts,followed bt a quotations and
answer session .The three parts are:
Opening
 Welcome your audience.
 Introduce your topic using questation,quotes,statics,anecodotes
or statements that jolt or surprise the audience.
Body of the Presentation
 Explain the structure of your Presentation and keep to the sructure
Conclusion
 Summerise your idea by recapitulating the main pints.
 Thank your audience and invite questation from them.

 Defain the purpose,audience and concept
 Before Preparing a Presentation,askthe following
questation:
1. Why am I making the presantation?i.e the
purpose
2. Whowill I be making this Presentation to?i.e the
audience
3. Where and when will I be making the
Presentation?i.e the context

 First checkhow much time has been allotted for the
Presentatio. Accordingly write the outline of your
Presentatio,listining out essentatil points.
 If you feel there will be sufficient time,and
supporting points.
 Your point should be short.Do not write long
Sentence
 Use appropriate visual aids such as Graph,charts
,Quotations.
 The point size and the font should be readeble.In
Genral do not place more then five bullet point per

9. Delevaring Your Presentation
 Delevaring is the way in which you actually make or give
your Presentation.It is as important as concept.For effective
delivaring of your presentation,conceptthe following:
I. Overcoming stage fright:Most speaker are a little
nervous at the beginning.Establish a rapport with your
audience,maintain eye contactand smie.Try to speak
slowly and clamly.After some time ,you will relax and
gain confidence.
II. Apperance and body langauage:Takecare of your
apperance.It is your apearance that make the first
impressionon the audience
III. The power og your voice:Be audiable and vary the
pitch,tone and volume of your voice to maintain the
interest of the audience.
