IBM Rational Performance Tester. 2. IBM Rational Functional Tester. 3. IBM Rational Test Workbench (Functional Testing). 4. IBM Lotus Notes 8.5.3/IBM Lotus Notes 9.01 Social Edition. 5. Major Incident Management and Coordination. 5. Certified Technical Writer (KCS levels I, II and III). 6. Scheduling, organizing and chairing meetings and remote sessions worldwide. Other Rational products like Rational Test Workbench (RTW) and Rational Integration Tester (RIT) in the long term.
