Dear Applicant,

It seems like yesterday we embarked our journey all together with the greatest
will and responsibility to proudly represent an AIESEC country that believes and
works for its mission every day and thus creates the impact we want to see in the
society.

The 20th year of AIESEC Romania was one year in which we felt the responsibility
of balancing the achievement and evolution, where we end our journey towards the
AIESEC 2010 mid-term ambition and look ahead for one bright future that aims to
engage and develop every young person in Romania. It is one year when we come to
the basics and wish for every single member of our country to live a complete
AIESEC experience, when we experience the greatest results in our history in terms
of delivering qualitative exchange, when we compete for being in the top performing
countries in the world and prepare for even greater successes to happen.

We are proud of the country that we see and work for everyday and all the efforts
of seeing a thriving network aiming for the same vision, for the same goals still
represent the engine that keeps us going daily.

We are MC20 and proudly stand for whom we are. This is what we probably take
the most out of this term. All the challenges that we have faced got us much more
engaged with what we are doing and taught us valuable lessons of life- being open
to communicate, staying true to ourselves, being sure that we cannot do anything if
we don’t work together as team, keep our promises no matter what, take energy
from the people around in order to be the best, be there for the country in the
first place, live our AIESEC experience to the fullest.

We are ready and we are happy to be the ones that open soon a new chapter for
AIESEC in Romania. Nothing can be more rewarding than leaving a great team
behind and nothing can bring this feeling more than this moment where we give you
the opportunity. We expect you not only to dare, but also to dream the biggest you
can because there is one AIESEC Romania that aims and deserves to be the most
relevant organization for youth in the country and in the top worldwide.

We invite you to embark this journey with the greatest enthusiasm ever. The
future of AIESEC in Romania stands in your hand.

With great respect,

MC Team of AIESEC in ROMANIA 2010 - 2011 !

AIESEC Romania MC 11-12 Candidate's Guide

  • 1. ! AIESEC ROMANIA 11/12 ! ! Job Descriptions Candidate’s Guide !
  • 2. ! Dear Applicant, It seems like yesterday we embarked our journey all together with the greatest will and responsibility to proudly represent an AIESEC country that believes and works for its mission every day and thus creates the impact we want to see in the society. The 20th year of AIESEC Romania was one year in which we felt the responsibility of balancing the achievement and evolution, where we end our journey towards the AIESEC 2010 mid-term ambition and look ahead for one bright future that aims to engage and develop every young person in Romania. It is one year when we come to the basics and wish for every single member of our country to live a complete AIESEC experience, when we experience the greatest results in our history in terms of delivering qualitative exchange, when we compete for being in the top performing countries in the world and prepare for even greater successes to happen. We are proud of the country that we see and work for everyday and all the efforts of seeing a thriving network aiming for the same vision, for the same goals still represent the engine that keeps us going daily. We are MC20 and proudly stand for whom we are. This is what we probably take the most out of this term. All the challenges that we have faced got us much more engaged with what we are doing and taught us valuable lessons of life- being open to communicate, staying true to ourselves, being sure that we cannot do anything if we don’t work together as team, keep our promises no matter what, take energy from the people around in order to be the best, be there for the country in the first place, live our AIESEC experience to the fullest. We are ready and we are happy to be the ones that open soon a new chapter for AIESEC in Romania. Nothing can be more rewarding than leaving a great team behind and nothing can bring this feeling more than this moment where we give you the opportunity. We expect you not only to dare, but also to dream the biggest you can because there is one AIESEC Romania that aims and deserves to be the most relevant organization for youth in the country and in the top worldwide.
