2. APPLICATION GUIDE
Dear applicant,
We have come a long way now, since our own applications and our own selection. The journey has
been wonderful; it has been exciting, adventurous and sometimes difficult and hard. But no matter the
challenge, we have seen AIESEC Romania surpass these challenges and learn from every mistake and
every achievement we have lived.
As a team we are thankful for the kind of people that we have worked with in the network. For their
dedication, their passion, their commitment to success and to performance, their hunger for knowledge and
for experience, their courage to believe in this organization, even in times of uncertainty and change.
AIESEC Romania stands for the people that it has as an organization. All of the achievements, all of
the success, all of the performance are built on the bases of quality people. We believe you can build a strong
organization, with a healthy organizational culture, by investing in its’ people and in their experiences and
for the past one year we have strived to do this.
The term to come will bring more challenges and adventures to those who seek the opportunity of being
part of the national team here in AIESEC Romania.
We believe that it will be a year of consolidating and building upon what has already been started. It
will be a year when AIESEC Romania pioneers the directions for 2015 and sets a clear example in the
international network, of what it means to balance essence and progress as an organization.
The road ahead is unknown, but it brings challenges that will shape you as a person and AIESEC
Romania as an organization, for the next many years to come.
We wish you a fulfilling journey ahead,
