This document summarizes a workshop on using ICT tools and social media for communication, sharing, and publishing in Access education programs. The workshop covers: (1) introducing why social media is important for Access programs; (2) discussing 21st century skills; (3) exploring development of ICT and possibilities for Access programs, including content delivery and management, flipped classrooms, and social media; (4) outlining positive impacts of ICT like connectivity, sociability and interactivity; (5) addressing challenges like changing mindsets and technical issues; and (6) providing examples of using tools like Facebook, Scoop.it, e-portfolios, and content delivery platforms.
