Affidavit and Acknowledgement of Debt by Mrs. Madhavi Vuppalapati towards Kyko Global Inc. Amounted $18,000,000.00 plus legal fees, costs, and interest calculated weekly on the total amount at the rate of 2.45% per month beginning on June 25, 2013.

1. Affidavit and Acknowledgement of Debt
I, Mrs. Madhavi Vuppalapati, age 41 years, occupation management, residing at
1082 95th Avenue NE, Bellevue, WA, USAr 98008, do hereby state on solemn
affirmation that:
1) Certain guarantees were signed by debtors, including myself, in favour of
Kyko Global Inc. and Kyko Global Gmbh (hereinafter collectively referred
to as Kyko) to secure debt obligations and liabilities owed to Kyko.
2) I acknowledge and agree that as of June 25, 2013, for good andvaluable
consideration, I am indebted to Kyko in the amount of $18,000,000.00 plus
legal fees, costs, and interest calculated weekly on the total amount at the
rate of 2.45% per month beginning on June 25, 2013.
3) I agree to paythe amount stated in paragraph 2 as demanded by Kyko.
4) I acknowledgeand agree that I have executed a Confession ofJudgment in
favour of Kyko in the United States for the purposes of the enforcement of
such Judgment by the , in any Court in, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, a
true copy of which is attached and marked as Exhibit "A" to this my
Affidavit, and that this Confession of Judgment is binding on me.
5) I acknowledge and agree that a lawsuit may be initiated by Kyko in India
based on the Confession of Judgment.
6) I acknowledge andagree that Kyko mayrely onthis Affidavit to obtain a
Judgment against me fortheindebtedness I owe to Kyko which I have
acknowledged in this Affidavit.
7) I acknowledge and agree that I will not raise the defenses mentioned in
section 13 of Civil Procedure Code of 1908, and I will acknowledge my debt
to Kyko as stated in paragraph 2, above, in any Court in, Hyderabad, Andhra
Pradesh, India, should Kyko initiate a lawsuit to recover this debt.
8) I agree to cooperate and facilitate the enforcement of a judgment based on
the debt obligation.
I confirm that I ammaking the affidavit onoath to facilitate theenforcement of a
foreign judgment in India, and I am aware of the conditions of the same andabove
shall be binding upon me at all times.
