MANAGEMENT SPEAK!
Dear Affiliates,
September is a month which lies between the festival
months of August and October. We took maximum
advantage of this month with doing a lot of events across
5 cities in Gujarat. I interacted with about 600+ individuals
in the cities of Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, Rajkot and ask
them a simple question, “Who is the number one real
estate broker in your city?” In Ahmedabad there were
people saying “RE/MAX” as
THE number one broking company, however in all other
cities there was not a single name they could give. This shows that there is a lot of market
fragmentation and absence of top 1 to 10 brokers. There will be a lot of contenders from
Number 11 onwards!
My belief that Indian customers deserve better services when they are embarking on their
journey of their life’s most important transaction, got solidified. Across the entire state
of Gujarat we could see rapid growth of real estate brokers but there was practically no
development of professional broking services.
The upcoming festival this month has made the economy moving once gain. We wish a very
happy Diwali and a prosperous new year!

Business Opportunities Shows:
RE/MAX Gujarat participated in Business Opportunities shows in five major cities of Gujarat in the month of September.
The cities were Ahmedabad, Baroda, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Surat. Franchise Sales Consultant Mr. Tanmay Mehta from RE/MAX
Gujarat represented all the BOS and Ms. PrachiUpadhyaya represented in Surat and Vadodara. A Footfall of Over 600 people
was recorded in these four BOS who inquired about RE/MAX.

Monthly Meet with Broker Owners at RE/MAX Gujarat Head Office.
A monthly Broker Owner Meet was organized at RE/MAX Gujarat and almost all broker took part in it and did a brainstorming
on various subjects. Such meetings provide all franchise owners a common platform to discuss their issues.

6. Seminars on changing Trends in Real Estate Broking:
RE/MAX Gujarat organized seminars on Changing Trends in Real Estate Broking in the month of September in Rajkot,
Baroda, Surat and Ahmedabad. In each city 3 back to back seminars were presented by Regional Director Mr. Manan Choksi.
Over 550 people attended these seminars.

8. WTC Project Meeting at Regional office
RE/MAX Gujarat arranged a meet of all franchise owners with the representative of WTC for giving proper project
details to them. Mr. Aashil Patel from regional office remained present. The meeting went well and franchised
owners got presentation of project and also their queries of project were addressed.
RE/MAX network has sold approximately 100,000 Sq.Ft. of space in WTC Gandhinagar. It’s a remarkable

pre-launch broker meet at South Bopal (formerly Sahara City) along

Mr. Aashil Patel, Regional Director, RE/MAX Gujarat. It is a great

G.I.H.E.D Property festival is one of the largest property expo events in the
country with about 2 lakh foot prints every year Team ADVANTAGE did
not miss this golden opportunity.
RE/MAX ADVANTAGE stall for World Trade Centre
Business Associate Ms. BhoomikaKiri of RE/MAX ADVANTAGE promoted
this project at 24th Annual Conference of Indian Society of Hypertension
from 26th to 28th September, 2014 at Hotel Shiva, Ahmedabad, which
was held for the doctors with a special permission to run WTC, GIFT
presentation slides in between the conference also for all the 3 days. A
phenomenal response was received from the doctors.
