1. DIRECTOR OF THERAPY
OPERATIONS
This individual Is responsible to organize, develop, direct, and supervise all aspects
of Therapy Operations, which includes inpatient and outpatient therapy; and may
include other hospital services, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and
local standards, regulations, and guidelines to assure that the highest degree of
quality care is rendered at all times. Serves in a Senior Leadership role.
Requires:
• Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech
Language
Pathology. CPR certification preferred.
• Successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited therapy
program.
• Minimum five years of rehabilitation experience with two years in
leadership/management
required.

rehabilitation for people who are medically and physically disabled. The company’s

comprehensive and individualized treatment pathway so they can reach the highest

of specialized medical and therapeutic services for: Stroke, Brain Injury, Parkinson’s,
Multiple Sclerosis, Orthopedic, Vital Stem Therapy, Peds SLP, & Bioness delivered
by exp'd professionals.
