                                   Today’s Objectives

At the completion of the course, participants
will be able to:
  Define social media and Web 2.0, and provide examples of
   existing tools for each
  Recognize examples of how social media and Web 2.0 tools
   can be used in supporting FEMA’s mission
  Describe the agency’s general policy on using social media and
   Web 2.0 tools
  Identify appropriate social media and Web 2.0 tools based on
   goals and objectives of work tasks
