We are seeking a motivated digital marketer to become our digital marketing leader.
You will own the global digital channels in entirety with responsibility for the execution
of the overall strategic digital plan.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Work closely with the Global Content and Digital Marketing manager, you will
have overall responsibility for all areas of digital channels management
Lead and manage the social media strategy, the social media team and work
with key stakeholders across the business including brand, content and
internal marketing team.
Work with marketing and the wider business to develop a cohesive strategy
for social media and implement a clear process.
Manage global SEM initiatives and campaigns in multiple languages
Introduce innovation into the digital marketing campaigns and e-
communications and increase their overall effectiveness.
Manage global digital marketing budgets
Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team on digital design
Responsible for social reporting and optimization
Manage the Social Media coordinator and Social Media analyst
The Individual
Applicants for the Digital Marketing Manager require:
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
Must have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience
Previous experience in digital performance marketing essential
Experience in global digital management a big bonus
Media experience – developing successful communities, planning and
delivering campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
Strong commercial understanding
Extensive brand awareness
Strong analytical skills.
Creative thinker with great attention to detail and good creative judgment.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-moving business environment.
Excited by developments in digital and social - always checking out the
latest advancement and the next new thing.
