  3. As a result, I earn more money with fewer headaches and more time to be great at what I left on my plate. Everyone wants an expert not the Jack of all trades.
  4. Eliminate the saying “I’m Not a Numbers Person.” If you aren’t a numbers person, then what the HELL are you doing? This is a business based solely on numbers! 1. price range-Numbers 2.list price-Numbers 3.expiration date-Numbers 4. co-op-Numbers 5. sales to list price-Numbers In the world of Big Data, everything is about a number. Every Buyers Agreement, Listing Agreement, and Sales Contract includes numbers, price range, listing price, expiration date, percentage, etc…… It’s time to embrace knowing when you meet a client the probability of closing a transaction between 0-1. Realizing that all marketing works but as entrepreneurs knowing your ROI. There isn’t a more cost-effective form of marketing then social media if you are looking to attract buyers.
  5. Eliminate-Being Busy and Be Booked First being booked you have prearranged your schedule and your schedule should support money making activities. I get pissed off past pisstivity when people say “Oh, you are too busy.” No, I’m not busy I’m booked! I live a life of my own design. Prospecting is on my calendar. I’m booked. Follow-up is on my calendar. I’m booked.
  6. Eliminate a Sphere that doesn’t support your long-term business goals. Hard as hell but not impossible. Tell the story of coming into the business and having to shift my sphere to reflect the price point I wanted to sell when none of my friends earned enough money to buy the houses I wanted to sell
