- Sobre Melisa knew that she wanted to be a designer from the age of 4. Her love of stories and curiosity for emergent design throughout her life has been a good foundation for her career. People are at the heart of her work; she believes that human-centred design and research informs meaningful, engaging and sustainable design solutions. Her 16-year professional journey in design practice has brought her from Interior Architecture and Branding, then Urban Wayfinding, to Design for Digital Transformation in the public sector. She enjoys the challenge of working through ambiguous, complex problems, and welcomes conversations about innovation for social impact, where design can "make lives better".
