2. They are generally two types of Job Skills - hard and soft skills. Most jobs require a combination of both hard and soft skills.

3. Soft skills are influenced by our personality. These are words that describe who you are as a person.

4. Things that impact our soft skills are: how we are raised, how we are trained. They are hard to acquire in a short period of time

5. Soft skills may also be known as behavioral competencies Interpersonal Skills, or people skills.
