PRINCIPAL AND SUPPLY CHAIN PRACTICE LEADER
Provide retail systems and processes consulting for big box, high volume retail enterprises,
including Guitar Center, Limited Brands, Ann Taylor, Big Lots!, and Guess? Managed multiple client
relationships from proposal through service delivery with add-on services.
Key Accomplishments
● Co-Managed the IT transition, a $2M project with a team of 20, following the sale of Lerner
New York from Limited Brands. Nine-month schedule completed significantly under budget
and in advance of original schedule allowing for acceleration of the IPO.
● Streamlined the product development process for David’s Bridal to improve business
integration and brand focus through a $200K project with a team of 10 in three months
resulting in reduced cycle time.
● Piloted new product distribution solutions for DSW (shoe retailer) resulting in a 50%
increase in sales. Five-month project with 15 team members.

Developed the skill development program for the newly centralized IT group within LBrands. Worked
with the Director of HR to recruit for the new organization.

● Led initiative to establish standard IT position titles, skill, and salary levels. Selected online
training curriculum and vendor to support delivery of training.
● Collaborated with CIO to develop strategic transition plan and present to Chairman, CEO,
CAO, and Board. Outlined mission, organization structure, governance approach, and

Corporate Finance - Internal Audit (1994 – 1997)
SENIOR MANAGER – TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS
Conducted technology assessment projects and developed recommendations for improvement
within business units of Limited Brands.
Key Accomplishments
● Developed technology plan for Bath & Body Works, with $2B in revenue and 1,500 stores,
to support growth. Managed the RFP process, evaluated the proposals with the business
unit.
● Prepared a five-year Information System Plan for Victoria’s Secret stores to support
growth objectives for $2B in revenue and 800 stores with a team of four. The three-month
project results were accepted and implemented.
