I am a teacher that is devoted to the profession that enables me to challenge and educate myself daily. I believe that teaching allows me to become a great leader because it permits me to facilitate education and leadership into individuals. Leadership is the approach to create a successful organization within the school system. I empower students to take responsibility for their education and inspire them to grow dynamically and intelligently.
