time taking the name “Survey Monkey”
seriously
Paid version required to do in-depth
analysis
Some limitations to customization and
logic for more advanced surveys
Starts to get costly when adding “white-
label” options

• Excellent tool for doing fast, focused user
testing on digital projects
• Many methods to choose from
