Technology and Lifestyle
Technology has made life a lot easier
on us and I am not trying to say
technology is bad because, I
personally would have a hard time
functioning without it. However, there
comes a point when we need to set
boundaries on how much technology
âintakeâ we consume because, not all
good things stay good. There are
negative side effects to technology as
you can see and we need to be aware
of them in order to control it.
