-Since Brett has been hired at Sizmek he has hit
the ground running. Thrown immediately into
the fire to handle our Creative product
offerings, and with the extensive and exhaustive
launch of the new Sizmek Showcase (Creative
Zone) he has exemplified what it means to be a
leader.
-Project managing, working with teams in Israel
and in the US, Brett has made sure that all
employees that have the pleasure of working
with him immediately know that he is a
trustworthy and effective fellow employee.

functionally to drive a dashboard project
that would not only help clients visualize
their RTB data better but also help his team
manage campaigns more efficiently across
DSP platforms.
-Saif thinks outside the box to implement
practices on the team that get adopted
globally - such as how to measure trader
capacity.

Congratulations to our Q1 Runner Up
-While onboarding a very tricky client, Gabriel
went out to Seattle a week after his first son
was born to run MDX creative and process
training. When he got there, he realized the
client was not as technical as they had lead us
to believe but Gabe managed to troubleshoot
this on the fly and quickly understood their
abilities and provided the correct support.
-Gabe has continually gone above and beyond
for his clients and never dropped the ball.
-Gabe has always maintained a professional
attitude and really puts his clients first. He
works hard to pre-empt what is around the
corner and gets us all prepared for what he
anticipates is coming down the line from the
client.
