Your success as a CEO Global Network Member depends on our 
ability to recruit the very best and most experienced CEO 
Leaders from the business world. 
Although the baseline for our Leaders is that they have been successful CEOs 
and Presidents, the most important characteris7c is that our Leaders are 
driven by the desire to selflessly contribute to the growth and success of our 
members, both business and personal. A comprehensive process has been 
created to evaluate poten7al Leaders to ensure these traits and levels of 
experience are met. We take the necessary steps to ensure we have the best 
fit for the Leader role to provide members with the best. We have a 
disciplined approach to the training of each Leader with the emphasis on the 
values and culture of our organiza7on.

member of CEO Global Network there must be a shared understanding and belief

For those repor7ng to the CEO, CEO Global Network offers the same quality 
experience to help develop their skills and knowledge to be the best in their 
current roles, and help them progress to the next level. They meet with other 
non‐compe7ng members with similar repor7ng structures. O`en, these groups 
are led by the same group Leader as the CEO, providing unique opportuni7es for 
growth, learning, and development. 
Our Advisory Board
The purpose of the Advisory Board is to provide a forum where our company leadership can 
be challenged. This will ensure we are always looking to the future and the improvement of 
our company. The Board is comprised of a diverse and highly experienced group of CEOs 
and Presidents with vast experience in most business segments, who share our values. The 
Board is also involved in the selec7on the CEO Group Leaders.
