Baby dumping, which is abandoning babies in public places without care, has become a significant social issue in Malaysia. Statistics show that over 580 babies were found dumped between 2000-2006, with cases increasing each year. To address this problem, the document recommends increasing religious education for youth, advising women considering dumping babies to instead take them to orphanages, introducing true Islamic teachings, stopping pornography, and criminalizing baby dumping as murder. The conclusion states that all parts of society must work together to prevent further baby deaths from this ongoing issue.

Baby dumping means that the acts of throw away
the babies at any places without take care the baby.
Baby dumping is a social crisis and has a chronic
increase as many cases are occurring in Malaysian
society.
Based on Bukit Aman Police Headquarters
statistics found a total of 580 babies were found
dumped between year 2000 to 2006. This number
of cases increase every year where as much as 65
baby dumping cases has increased to 83 cases in
the year 2006. In the first 5 months, almost
everyday there are reports on dumped baby cases.

such as “Saudatul Sakinah” where such children

in this country and this problem never end.

government must stand together to prevent
