Since 2010, Mauro Maia is senior partner of F2i, responsible for telecommunications, airports and highways’ branch. He gained over 20 years experience in investment banking and worked in many different branches of corporate finance, including project finance, structured finance, debt capital markets and securitization. He led a number of important infrastructure operations in the last decade. Presently, Mauro Maia is Vice President of Metroweb Spa and Metroweb Italia, as well as President of F2i Airports - the company that owns the airport assets of F2i. He also is a Board of Directors in SEA, Autostrada del Brennero, Infracis, Lift Spa and Airports Holding.
