Team Statement of Intent Our objective is to get the involvement of Wilkes University students, faculty, and staff to aid in contribution and collection of penny donations in support for the non-profit organization, Pennies for Peace. Rather than limiting donations from ourselves, we felt appropriate that the campus community’s impact will truly make a difference. This act of kindness and community service will ultimately help children in the Middle East to have an opportunity to experience an education and strengthen literacy.
