Thomas Ryan presented on transportation systems management and the unified transportation plan for funding and policies. He discussed varying data collection methods that result in disparate data and ratings, as well as gaps in data that new software and PASER aim to address. Corridor tests were conducted in Bellevue to collect pavement condition data for comparison with Iowa's program, and data was collected in Council Bluffs on sidewalk work orders and traffic lanes to analyze gaps near schools.
