I specialise in cyberpsychology which is the latest frontier of consumer behaviour. Is the study of how people behave that is different online than offline. Cyberpsychology is as important to digital marketing as mystery shopping is to terrestial mareting for a retail operation. It is the only relevant cognitive science for digital marketing.

Looks great – overlay real female buying behaviour. How does this manage to get funded, at the expense of something else? It must have cost a lot of money… fails: consumer behaviour: Women don’t want to look like eveyrone else. Operational: clothes doing on wrong hangars.
Does it add value? I don’t think so.
This is the kind of thing that gives my industry a bad name… this does not drive revenue per square foot. Or footfall.
