Cyberpsychology is as important to digital marketing as mystery shopping is to terrestial mareting for a retail operation. It is the only relevant cognitive science for digital marketing. The book! I think I’m kind of qualified to let you know what works and what doesn’t I have been doing this for 15 years – since it was invented.
  3. Looks great – overlay real female buying behaviour. How does this manage to get funded, at the expense of something else? It must have cost a lot of money… fails: consumer behaviour: Women don’t want to look like eveyrone else. Operational: clothes doing on wrong hangars. Does it add value? I don’t think so. This is the kind of thing that gives my industry a bad name… this does not drive revenue per square foot. Or footfall.
