• You will be working in your groups to
complete the work for this Assessment

• To ensure the final product is accurate
you will each review each others work.

4. Comments & Tracking Changes
• Use the Review toolbar to add
comments to the work you are
reviewing and track changes in order
to give feedback later.

5. Version Numbers
• Each time you make changes to work you
have received save it with a different version
number.
• This stops the original being lost.

6. Acting on Feedback
• Once your page has been reviewed by
another group member you will need to
amend your document in light of feedback
received.
• You may not choose to act on all
feedback, but will need to justify why not.

7. Final Product
• Once all individual changes have been made
each page will need to be put together to
produce a final document to go into the
next edition of Innov8 Magazine.

8. AO6 Portfolio Evidence (Part 1)
Hold a group meeting (and provide minutes) to
decide who will be reviewing which pages and who
will be putting all the pages together into a
finished product.
Email your completed document to your reviewer
(provide annotated screenshots of sending and
receiving the emails).
Ensure you save the original and new documents
with different version numbers (provide
annotated screenshots of these explaining
purpose)

Review your allocated piece of work by adding
thorough and helpful comments and
tracking the changes you make.
When complete email this back to the author.
Act on feedback received or explain why
suggestions were not followed. (Don’t forget to
save the new one as a different version)
Produce the final magazine insert with all
pages complete.
