8. Team A PboX is designed to provide the opportunity to our members for : Lead a Team and Working in a Team Minimum criteria: 1 OCP with 3 OCs

9. Financial Health To make your PBoX deliver the minimum standard of quality for every stakeholders, you have to define your budget (pessimistic and optimistic) for the whole project timeline to avoid deficit. Minimum Requirement : Surplus and or Break Even

10. Required : Opening Event Learning activities, minimum of 5 Closing Event Learning Events

11. Involves Exchanges PboX won’t called PBoX if it’s not includes Exchanges. To make your PBoX very impactful please follow the minimum number of exchanges involve. Otherwise, remember, it will be Pbo without X  Number of minimum exchanges involves : 5 Involve TN Taker who will support intern’s activities

12. Service and Learning When you createdPBoX, means that you create the opportunity for other people to live an amazing intense eXperience. The interns for your PBoX may only come once in their whole life to work in your PBoX and experience Thailand! So do your best to make their experience truly unforgetable by giving a proper service and learning  Minimum should be provided Free Accommodation Expectation Setting Interns Gathering Post internship Evaluation

13. Project Report 1 PBoX 1 Wiki Pictures, minimum of 50 pictures 1 Videos Intern’s Testimonials Impacted/educated people evidence Budget To be submitted max 45 days after the project finish
