Examination of Payment to Suppliers (P2S) data of the same organisations for the
same period gives £11,819,745.
A difference of £8,849,101.
• £709,693 disparity between grants / funding stated in FOI 9088 and stated in Payments to Suppliers
• Four payment records in FOI 9088 compared to 170 in Payments to Suppliers
• Not possible to match payments stated in FOI 9088 to any transaction in Payments to Suppliers.
• Osmani Trust is the only organisation mentioned in FOI 9088, Payments to Suppliers list the Osmani Trust,
Osmani Development Trust and Osmani School
• 20 different Expense Types in Payments to Suppliers
• £29,733 paid on 20th March 2013 through several different Tower Hamlets 'channels' to Osmani Trust
