GF Legal is operational for over 30 years in the Labour and Company Law in order to give legal advice to Italian and foreign companies. A special focus on labour law, is dedicated to Trade Unions relations, and as part of this, to bargaining either on a national, and territorial level and, last but not least, at corporate level. A special focus on company law, involves corporate disputes such as breach of contract and disputes over the proper construction of commercial agreements. We dealt with all activities relating to bargaining for collective redundancies, forms of income support for corporate crisis (called, in Italy, CIGO and CIGS in its various forms).
