Weathersbee Type Freeware Fonts EULA
Purchaser and User may be used interchangably in this agreement.
Weathersbee Type, Weathersbee Design, and Derek Weathersbee may be used interchangably in this agreement. These all refer
to the intellectual and legal property of Derek Weathersbee.
USAGE
Weathersbee Type Freeware Fonts are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. No payment is necessary to use
Weathersbee Type Freeware Fonts for personal or commercial use, and there is no limit to the amount of prints, pages, or other
medium to be produced using them. However, you cannot o er them for sale, or o er for direct download. I appreciate inclusion of
the font name and/or site URL in the credits or documentation when it is used, but this is not mandatory.
PAYMENT
Payment is not required for the use of Weathersbee Type Freeware Fonts.
Donations for Weathersbee Type Freeware Fonts are welcome by check or electronic payment via Paypal. If you require an
invoice for your donation, please contact me. Donations can include CDs, magazines, t-shirts, or samples of merchandise or
anything featuring Weathersbee Type Fonts. If you would like to send samples of anything you've created using Weathersbee
Type fonts, please contact me for more information.
SUPPORT
Font installation help is available at http://www.myfonts.com/support. If you experience problems with any Weathersbee Type
Freeware font (such as spacing issues or missing characters), please verify that you have the correct version of the fonts. In the
case of Freeware fonts, downloading the font directly from my site will ensure your files haven't been altered. I will not o er
support for Freeware fonts, but please feel free to bring to my attention anything you think I should be aware of.
Software Inclusion Agreement
The Weathersbee Type SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and International copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1) GRANT OF LICENSE This document grants you the following rights:
Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Amendment: You may
NOT o er Weathersbee Type freeware fonts for direct download except for by permission of Derek Weathersbee. Instead, please
direct users to derekweathersbee.com to download fonts. You may o er the font to others through physical distribution. However,
you MUST keep intact all the notices that refer to this License and give any other recipients of the fonts a copy of this License
along with the fonts. Weathersbee Type Freeware Fonts may be embedded for web or software use (for example, using the
@font-face rule).
2) WARRANTIES (NONE) Weathersbee Type expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE
PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including,
without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk
arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
No Liability For Consequential Damages. In no event shall Derek Weathersbee or Weathersbee Type be liable for any damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Weathersbee Type has been advised of
the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and subject to the laws of the United States of America.
