3. “A good, basic greeting can work wonders in building
cooperation between people.”
We agree with this statement if we warmly greet any one they remember.
Even if you crush their hand, they will remember. You never remember
limp handshakes, but you will generally remember the firm one’s

communication?
A1. The ice break through introduce yourself or the person who are
most comfortable should break the ice.
Q2. What is the purpose of being courteous while communicating?
A3. Courteous communication is friendly, open, and honest. There are
no hidden insults or passive-aggressive tones. You keep your
reader's viewpoint in mind, and you're empathetic to their needs.

7. Q3. How can you turn your opponent into proponent?
A2. Explicitly map out your supporters, opponents and convincible.
 Know the key reasons for resistance by your opponents. You may
be able to address the resistance and turn opponents into
supporters.
 Get convincible on your side by knowing their motivation.
 If you want to be a better influencer, know who is for or against you,
and find ways to have more people “with” you. The more you bring
along, the more will tag along.

A4. When we receive positive and endearing communication from
others, our brain releases a feel good chemical called dopamine.
This provides a sense of elation, increases adrenaline and makes
us feel very confident and positive about a given situation.
