Western Rim Property Company in 2004. Since then the
company has grown from humble beginnings to the business
empire that is seen today. Marcus Hiles is not only the owner
of the company but also plays an active role in the day to day
running of the business. This enables him to make sure that
his morals and principles are adhered to at all times. Marcus
believes that being based in a particular community doesn’t
mean that you only need to operate as a business taking
money from the local community and making profit from the
sales that are generated. Instead he believes that money also
needs to be given back to the local community that supports
the business. It is this ethos that makes the Western Rim
Property Company unique.
