2. CoD – Scope and Objectives
• The NEXES Campaigns of Demonstration builds on the
NEXES Reference Scenarios constructed in WP2 and
are organised as a series of interlinked demonstration
activities, carried out iteratively throughout the Action.
• NEXES exercises and pilots serve to validate the NEXES
functionalities and alignment to end-user requirements,
and demonstrate their real-world benefits to relevant
stakeholders.

3. NEXES CoD so far
• Exercises have engaged citizens, including deaf citizens, as
well as emergency services and security industry.
• Exercises have ranged from table-top to prototype validation
and small-scale live exercises.
• Results have validated NEXES’s ambitions across all areas
and provided valuable input into development.
