a successful real estate investment firm.
Marco-Abel Nordio began his life in Belgium and spent a happy childhood in Italy. After lengthy
careers in both American football and soccer, Nordio immigrated to Canada and made his home
in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he began his career in property management. A coowner of Studio Residences, Nordio provides his expertise to the real estate investment firm as
the president for acquisitions. This role requires extensive travel throughout the U.S. to identify
the right projects for Studio Residences investors. In his spare time, Nordio enjoys swimming,
running, biking and combining all three activities in Ironman triathlon competitions. He travels
often for pleasure as well as in connection with his work.
