• The objective of this training curriculum is to strengthen the
practicing masons on hazard resistant construction techniques
and features through theoretical and practical sessions. And
Formal training in safety procedures, including hazardous
materials and work environment.

3. Beneficiary Profile:
• Experienced Mason , Age 24-35.

4. Problem Statement:
• Mason labour’s don’t have the idea in safety procedures
in accordance with including hazardous materials and
work environment, and proper use of safety equipment
including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• This training will enables the Mason Labour’s to Working
in a safe manner with other trades and building
occupants. Jobsite and workplace organization and
cleanliness Identification, use, care, and repair of tools
and specialized equipment.

5. Nature of solution proposed
• 14 Hours Training on the Given Problem Statement .With
Distributions of PPE Kits of Labour’s with Certificates.

6. Key activities
• Engagement of the Internal Employees of
NUVOCO ,for trainining.
• Mobilization of the Beneficiary.
• Preparation of the Course Content.

7. Measurable Outcomes of the project
• Formal training in safety procedures, including hazardous materials and
work environment.
• Identification and proper use of safety equipment including Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Working in a safe manner with other trades and building occupants.
• Jobsite and workplace organization and cleanliness
• Identification, use, care, and repair of tools and specialized equipment.
• Use of good communication skills and terminology so as to be able to
convey messages to fellow tradespersons, customers and industry
representatives.
• Importance and technique of precise record keeping in assessing work,
ordering materials, managing timelines, as well as determining equipment
wear and potential problems necessary for preventive maintenance.
• First Aid Procedures.
