journey over 6
decades ago as a
family-managed
business, as a maker
of vegetable oils &
toilet soaps in the
name of Western India
Products Ltd. The
company was set up
in Amalner,
Maharashtra, in 1945
Under leadership of AZIMJI
he transformed WIPRO into
consumer goods company ,
laundary , soap,wax and tin
container

In 1975 he set up WIPRO
fluid power to manufacture
hydraulic and pneumatic
cylinder



The fledging US$ 2 million
