WHEREAS, on October 26, 2009, Edwin P. Perkins III (“Claimant”) filed a proof of
claim in this bankruptcy case in the amount of $516,500.00, which has been designated as Claim
No. 186 on the Claims Register (the “Claim”);
WHEREAS, on February 6, 2012, the Court entered an Order [Dkt. No. 770] confirming
the Trustee’s First Amended Plan of Liquidation for FirstPlus Financial Group, Inc. [Dkt. No.
601] (the “Plan”); and
WHEREAS, on April 10, 2012, the Liquidating Trustee filed an Objection to Claim No.
186 [Dkt No. 882];

WHEREAS, the Claimant and Matthew D. Orwig, the duly appointed Liquidating
Trustee in this Bankruptcy Case, by and through his undersigned counsel, have agreed that Claim
No. 186 should be allowed as a Class 3A claim in the amount of $104,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Claim No. 186 be
ALLOWED and treated as a Class 3A claim, under the terms of the Plan, in the amount of
$104,000.00.
